Glueck Architects LLC, established in 1989, does work throughout Wisconsin and has worked in Iowa, Minnesota and California. It is headed by architects Jim Glueck and Paul Fisher, who have a combined total of more than 60 years of architectural experience. We have received numerous awards for our work. We strive to develop designs that meet the needs of their clients, fit well in their context, and consider the long-term effect on the environment.
We provide comprehensive design services for residential and commercial projects, including new buildings, renovations and additions, historical preservation and adaptive reuse.
We have extensive experience in all forms of residential architecture. This includes both single-family homes and multifamily developments. Our single-family projects includes new homes, vacation homes, home remodeling, additions, historical renovations, exterior “face lifts”, passive solar/alternative energy/off-the-grid designs and green designs. Our multifamily work includes apartment developments, senior housing, condominiums, cohousing, mixed-use buildings, and subdivision design. We have designed new developments as well as renovations of existing properties. We have been the architects for numerous affordable housing developments. Our clients include for-profit and non-profit developers, land trusts and government agencies.
The scope of our commercial work includes office buildings, office replanning, retail store design, mixed use buildings, community centers, day care centers, municipally-owned buildings, hotels, and small medical facilities.
